Nothing gets the Christmas spirit in full swing by learning a new Christmas Cookie Recipe right from our very own Santa Clause. He took a break from his very busy schedule just to make sure we had a recipe that was second to none. Hope you enjoy the recipe and the video.

Ingredients:

2 ¼ cups all purpose flour.

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 sticks of butter

¾ granulated sugar

¾ pack brown sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 ¾ cups of chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to  375 F

Mix flour, baking soda and salt all together in a bowl. Set this bowl off to the side. We will mix it in later.

In a separate bowl mix your butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.

Once you have the butter and sugars mixed together, it is now time to mix in your vanilla extract. Beat until there is a smooth creamy mixture.

Once you have a creme texture to your mix, add in just one egg and mix, then add the second egg and mix again. You should now have a soupy feel to the mix.

Now it is time to take the flour mixture you have put off to the side and slowly feed it into your soupy mix. Start to mix as you pour. The texture will start to become kind of pasty. Once you feel the texture become pasty, it is time to stop and prepare for the final additive.

It is now time for the chocolate chips. Take your chocolate chips and mix them in all at once. Make sure you mix them well so they are evenly spread throughout your mix. If you fail to mix them, you will have cookies that have no chips in them and other cookies with too many chips. You want a nice even mix.

Find yourself a nice even cookie sheet and grease it up.

Take any spoon and start to scoop out your cookie mix. The mix is going to make something that looks like a ball of dough. Don’t worry they will flatten out in the oven and create some very nice Christmas Cookies.

Put in the oven for nine to ten minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool.

Congratulations, you just made yourself Santa’s favorite Christmas Cookies. Now it is time to taste them. If you get a chance come on back to the my site and put in a few comments on how those cookies tasted.

Making a Sexy Santa Hat is not all that hard if you have the time. The first thing you want to do is ensure that your hat style will match your outfit. For example a green Santa hat may not match a red outfit. Also a Santa outfit that is mostly lace may not match a hat that has too much fur.

OK Let’s Start Off With The Basics:

You will need green or red felt.

Fur or white lace.

Needle or sewing machine.

Red or green thread.

Pinking sheers.

Material Folding:

Lay the red material down on a flat surface. Take the material and fold it into a cone shape. To make this shape all you need to do is take the upper left corner over to the right corner. Once you have the two corners touching, put a pin through it to hold it in place. Now you will want to turn the material over and bring the pinned edges over to the right side. This will complete your cone shape.

Cutting The Material Just Right:

Start your cut where the folded of the felt meets corner. Make sure your cut is about sixty percent below the top point. Now cut straight cross right corner to left. Take a quick measurement where you want the hat to fit on your head. Make a mark with a felt pen or material pen. Start in the left corner and mark it. Now take your lace or fur and place on the felt. Trace the shape of the material on to the fir material. Make a cut at exactly one inch below the trace line.

Time To Stitch It All Up:

First turn the hat inside out. Now stitch the fur or lace onto the hat material. Make sure your stitches are not too far apart. The tighter the stitches the better it will look. Second sew the seam of the hat itself from the bottom all the way to the top. Once again tighter stitches are better.

Final Touches:

Now use the sheers to cut off any loose or excess material. Add any of your own decorations. Congratulation! You now have your own Santa Hat.

It takes some effort but you can make your own Mrs Santa Costume

Santa Claus is coming to town and he is expecting a sexy Mrs. Claus to brighten his Christmas cheer. Have you already decided on a gift for you loving man? If not, then why not give the gift that keeps on giving. Yes that is right, give him you.

There is something said about a beautiful Mrs. Santa costume on a cold winters night that seems to warm the bones. Top that off with some warm baked cookies, a small little gift to go along with the outfit, a few candles or fireplace going and some soft music. You will have a holiday to remember.

But if you don’t have the cash to purchase a costume or any of the other stuff above then read below. I am going to talk about how to do this with less than $20.00.

Simple Details: Mrs. Claus Costume

Find a picture of a costume that you like and print it out.

Take an existing lingerie outfit or matching undergarments and place them out next to the picture you printed. This will give you an idea what you Christmas creation could look like.

Go to a store that has material or fabric. Wal-Mart usually carries a good selection of fabric for Christmas and the prices are just right. You can find a lot of Christmas fabrics and other great accessories for your outfit for well under $20.00. Maybe even below $10.00, but it depends on your taste and what you choose.

Buy some Christmas lace maybe some red velvet.

Get yourself some red color thread.

Buy a few inexpensive red candles.

Go to the grocery store and buy some fresh premade cookies.

Now with a little effort you will have a nice surprise for the one you love.

Sometimes it’s the simpler things in life that make life worth living. It is not the size of the gift or the amount of money that you spent on it; it is the thought that went into it. Gifts from the heart are the best whether if they are bought or made. When you give from yourself, it is always the perfect gift.

Christmas is not complete without a Gingerbread House Recipe. Christmas time brings out visions of Christmas trees, Santa Claus and the traditional Gingerbread House. With the right amount of imagination and this recipe, you will be well on your way to creating a tasty Gingerbread House!

Gingerbread House Ingredients:

1/2 pint milk carton(s) (empty & rinsed)
small plastic knives
small paper plate(s)
graham crackers
canned vanilla frosting
candy for decorating: M&M’s, peppermints, licorice, gumdrops, etc.
cereal for decorating: Chex, Cheerios, Trix, etc.

How to Prepare the Ingredients:

Take the frosting and use it as “glue”.

Use the glue frosting to attach the carton to the plate. Make sure you use enough frosting or it will fall apart.

Now take your graham crackers and break them in half or into two pieces.

Once again use your frosting to glue crackers to each side and roof of the carton. Make sure the crackers are the right size for each part of the house. This will make the house look more realistic. For example, the crackers for the roof should be two graham cracker pieces of the exact same sizes.

Finally, fill in any places where carton is showing, using frosting to attach candies and cereals as windows, doors, roof tiles and decorations. You can use any kind of decoration that you feel would add an element of Christmas spirit!

That should do it. Now you can proudly display your Gingerbread House. It will take a little practice to get it just right. Just like Hansel and Gretel, it is going to be almost impossible for someone to not come along and eat a piece of your masterpiece.

A Christmas cake recipe that you and your guest will be sure to love, is the “Night Before Christmas Coffee Cake”. There is nothing more enjoyable than to stir up your favorite hot drink and cozy up to a delicious Christmas Coffee Cake.

Night Before Christmas Coffee Cake Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup warm milk
1 pkg yeast (2 teaspoons bulk yeast) dissolved in 3 tablespoons warm water
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup nuts or maraschino cherries, candied red or green cherries

How to Prepare The Ingredients:

Start off with mixing the cream together sugar and butter.

Next work in some eggs, milk, 1 package of yeast (2 tablespoons bulk yeast) dissolved in 3 tablespoons of warm water, flour, salt and vanilla.

Beat all of these ingredients together. Then set dough aside and let it rise, until double in size.

When you find that your coffee cake dough has risen to double the size (this may take about 2 hours) put it in a 9×13″ greased pan and spread with topping; Combine sugar, cinnamon, melted butter and nuts (you can use maraschino cherries or candied red and green cherries if you don’t like nuts).

Once you have everything all together in a 9×13″ greased pan, place in a cold oven and leave it in there overnight to rise. When you get up in the morning turn oven to 350 degrees and bake for 1/2 hour.

Take the cake out of the oven and serve warm.

If you go this route, it will make for a large coffee cake or you can put the dough in two round pans instead.
